Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Event Registration Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the event start date.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
3. Payment Disputes
- If you believe there was an error in processing your payment, please contact us immediately.
- We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution within 5-7 working days.
4. Cancellation of Events
- In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organizers, registered participants will be notified promptly.
- You may opt for a full refund or carry over your registration to the next event.
5. Exceptions
- No refunds will be made for failure to attend the event.
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions may result in adjustments to this policy.
